modelah.ai ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is an AI-powered fashion visualization service operated from Kuwait. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our services.

By using modelah.ai you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Name and email address obtained through Google OAuth or email sign-up. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Uploaded Images: Clothing and garment photos you upload for AI generation.
• Generated Images: AI output images created through our service, stored in your account.
• Payment Data: Transaction records including amount and status. Card details are processed directly by our payment gateway (UPayments / KNET) and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and technical information (browser type, device).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the AI generation service
• To process credit purchases and payments
• To maintain and improve the platform
• To communicate important service updates
• To prevent fraud and ensure security

We do NOT use your uploaded images to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Uploaded and generated images are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication hosting
• Google: OAuth authentication provider
• UPayments / KNET: Payment processing
• Google Gemini: AI image generation (images are processed but not retained by the AI provider)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your generated images at any time
• Request account deletion
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Children

modelah.ai is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete it.
