1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using modelah.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
2. Service Description
modelah.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates fashion photography using virtual models. Users can upload garment images and the AI generates realistic photographs of virtual models wearing those garments. All generated images depict AI-created virtual models — no real person is depicted.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are purchased in packages priced in USD.
- Each image generation consumes 1 credit.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- If a generation fails due to a system error, the credit will be automatically refunded to your account.
- Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable fees.
4. Refund Policy
- Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the package have been used.
- Partially used packages: Not eligible for refund once any credit from the package has been consumed.
- Failed generations: Credits are automatically refunded to your balance when a generation fails due to system error.
- To request a refund, contact hello@modelah.ai with your order details.
5. AI-Generated Content
- All images generated by modelah.ai are created by artificial intelligence. No real person is depicted in any generated image.
- AI generation results may vary. We do not guarantee specific output quality or accuracy for any individual generation.
- You receive rights to use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- The copyrightability of AI-generated images is legally uncertain in many jurisdictions. modelah.ai makes no representation that generated images are protected by copyright law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use (copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization)
- Upload images containing real people without their explicit consent
- Generate content that is offensive, explicit, violent, or culturally inappropriate
- Use generated images to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform
- Resell or redistribute the service itself
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant modelah.ai a limited license to process these images for the purpose of generating output.
- Generated images: We assign to you all rights we may hold in images generated through your use of the service.
- Platform IP: The modelah.ai name, logo, software, AI models, and design are our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
modelah.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to claims related to generated images. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless the termination is initiated by us without cause, in which case a refund may be issued at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
